Mushroom are gathered in three stages, the so-called batches. Each batch takes 3 to 5 days.
The crops are finished with the third batch, and then we begin the process of thermal disinfection and empty the hall.
After emptying and cleaning the hall once again we load the hall and the new compost and cover and the whole cycle runs from the beginning.
